Hello. I am here in Portland, Oregon which is the final destination.
Few days ago, I talked about Greyhound bus which is awful because they don’t refund even though it’s their fault.Jefferson line booked by Greyhound in North Dakota
They accept refund if you buy a “refundable ticket” otherwise they don’t refund. Plus, the “Refundable ticket” is expensive.
However, I didn’t give up with it. I called them at first. And they said they cannot refund. But I didn’t give up yet. I e-mailed them.

I apologize I saw they were booked online and thought they had been printed. Unfortunately, we will only be able to provide a refund for the cancelled route, as the other ticket is marked non-refundable. The ticket may be used for up to one year from the date of purchase, but will be subject to a reissue fee.
We have processed your refund for confirmation number●●● and a check in the amount of $●●● will go out in the mail by Monday July 30th; if not before.

today i supposed take a greyhound from new haven to Providence. however, it
was delayed so i took an amtrak instead.
I didnt get flexible ticket so i am asking if you can refund it.
I don’t understand how stupid they are.
It’s Non-refundable but they do. I don’t want to waste my time for this.
So don’t give up everybody who uses Greyhound! Please e-mail them not a call.
